About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Consult with customers regarding current and future Business Performance Solutions needs, including payroll and reporting needs
  • Advise customers on appropriate systems and implementation strategies
  • Translate customer requirements to Strategic Business Unit and Traditional Employment Service Teams
  • Strategize with customer leadership on process improvements and required systems
  • Own the customer experience during implementation and conduct quality checks
  • Build relationships with internal service providers and ensure knowledge transfer to the Account Manager
  • Identify potential Business Performance Solutions opportunities during implementation
  • Lead cross-functional implementation project teams
  • Manage and monitor multiple implementation projects to ensure error-free payrolls
  • Schedule and lead regular customer and internal team meetings
  • Complete implementation projects according to schedule and resolve day-to-day data and customer issues
  • Escalate complex issues and follow through to resolution
  • Train customers on self-service aspects of implemented solutions
  • Maintain knowledge of SaaS applications and service processes and participate in systems testing
  • Consolidate and communicate lessons learned after each implementation project
  • Establish project plans and Gantt charts
  • Provide project management support for Workforce Optimization client onboardings
  • Participate in the Disaster Recovery plan as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is required, or equivalent project management/implementation work experience of 5–7 years
  • PMP and PHR certifications preferred
  • Knowledge and experience with SaaS implementation of HR solutions, including Payroll, HCM, Time and Attendance, Expense Management, and Performance Management
  • Knowledge of Recruiting, Retirement, Financial, and Insurance Services practices and procedures preferred
  • Project management skills to plan and direct time, budget, and resources
  • Ability to develop and leverage collaborative work relationships
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience using a project management tool such as Microsoft Project
  • Excellent communication skills in a customer-focused service environment
  • Ability to communicate strategic and/or technical BPS applications to a wide audience
  • Critical analysis and quick decision-making skills
  • Ability to identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities
