About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Distribute work via the customer relationship management system to appropriate Benefits Team personnel across the country
- Run reports for the benefits group using various Insperity systems and data sources and distribute them to relevant parties
- Support audit and administrative functions and processes for the National Benefits Team
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Insperity’s benefit offerings to clients and worksite employees
- Assist with internal and external meeting coordination, logistics, and scheduling for the national benefits team
- Provide project support as necessary throughout the year
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Associate’s Degree in a related field is preferred
- Two years of related work experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and learning agility
- Ability to work effectively across multiple departments
- Ability to serve customers in a team environment
- Ability to interact with multiple internal and external business units
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and activities efficiently and timely
- Demonstrated ability to consistently follow up on client and internal requests and needs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook (intermediate required, advanced preferred)
- Ability to learn other application programs as needed
