About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide the guiding vision for Insperity’s Enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) product and act as its business leader
  • Work with Business Units to understand needs and translate them into application functionality
  • Lead product line strategy, product roadmaps, and identification of business opportunities
  • Improve business processes enabled through implemented technologies
  • Build functional specifications for future releases
  • Represent Business Units’ best interests in high-level technical design
  • Develop User Acceptance Test Plans and facilitate User Acceptance Testing
  • Lead, define, and manage product releases while ensuring project teams meet schedules
  • Ensure customer and quality requirements are satisfied in product delivery
  • Work with Business Units, Project Managers, and development teams during design, development, testing, training, and launch
  • Refine the backlog and adjust priorities
  • Evaluate and report on product line performance and usage
  • Lead post-implementation support from functional and training perspectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, MIS, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or Computer Science is required
  • Three to five years of Enterprise CRM technology implementation experience is required
  • Process improvement / optimization experience is strongly preferred
  • Software development knowledge is a plus
  • HR, Payroll, or Benefits experience is preferred
  • Prior managerial experience and work in a high-tech environment are preferable
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective work-relations skills
  • Customer and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly and be a self-starter
  • Analytical, statistical, and critical-thinking skills
