What you’ll need

  • Group Benefit Associate (GBA) certification is preferred
  • Ability to serve customers in a team environment
  • Ability to present benefit related information with excellence
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate accurate information to internal teammates and external clients
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
