About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with client executive leadership teams to develop customized strategic solutions
Facilitate discussions around client’s current state to determine readiness for organizational changes
Advise on culture and engagement strategy
Ensure project plans/statements of work are delivered as agreed
Work independently and collaboratively with Service team members
Participate in development and application of measurement standards for training and consultation services

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resource Management (HRM), Industrial Psychology or related discipline or four years of related experience
3-5 years of professional experience in an organizational development role and/or business operations field
2+ years of experience working with senior leadership and C-level executives
Ability to develop leadership and organizational development strategies
Strong time management and organizational skills
Advanced proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
Excellent presentation, group facilitation, virtual training delivery and project management skills
