About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leads the planning, execution and monitoring of enterprise projects and initiatives within the organization, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Collaborates with other project management teams across Insperity Business units and external vendors/partners.
- Develops and maintains comprehensive project plans, schedules and budgets, and tracks progress against key milestones and deliverables.
- Identifies and mitigates project risks, issues, and develops contingency plans to address potential challenges and ensure project success.
- Tracks resources allocated to the project, optimizing resource utilization, and identifying resource constraints.
- Create and manages project documents including but not limited to RAID/Issues Logs, Status Reports, and Project Governance structure.
- Monitors and reports on project performance, including KPIs, metrics, and provides regular updates to program leadership.
- Creates and manages project tools, documents, and file structure, security/access and governing processes for all relevant project tools.
- Builds inclusive and collaborative relationships with teams and peers across organization to solve complex problems and achieve common goals.
- Provides guidance on project management best practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, project management, or related field required.
- Ten or more years of project management, change management, or program management experience is required.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is Required.
- Skills in the areas of project and change management, persuasion, influence, negotiation, leadership, conflict resolution and decision-making.
- Customer service experience in a team environment.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, relevant project management tools and demonstrated ability to learn other application programs as needed.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
- Ability to develop and lead projects to a cross-functional team environment.
