About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Leads the planning, execution and monitoring of enterprise projects and initiatives within the organization, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Collaborates with other project management teams across Insperity Business units and external vendors/partners.
Develops and maintains comprehensive project plans, schedules and budgets, and tracks progress against key milestones and deliverables.
Identifies and mitigates project risks, issues, and develops contingency plans to address potential challenges and ensure project success.
Tracks resources allocated to the project, optimizing resource utilization, and identifying resource constraints.
Create and manages project documents including but not limited to RAID/Issues Logs, Status Reports, and Project Governance structure.
Monitors and reports on project performance, including KPIs, metrics, and provides regular updates to program leadership.
Creates and manages project tools, documents, and file structure, security/access and governing processes for all relevant project tools.
Builds inclusive and collaborative relationships with teams and peers across organization to solve complex problems and achieve common goals.
Provides guidance on project management best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, project management, or related field required.
Ten or more years of project management, change management, or program management experience is required.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is Required.
Skills in the areas of project and change management, persuasion, influence, negotiation, leadership, conflict resolution and decision-making.
Customer service experience in a team environment.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, relevant project management tools and demonstrated ability to learn other application programs as needed.
Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
Ability to develop and lead projects to a cross-functional team environment.
