HCM, Sales Consultant – Business Solutions Advisor
InsperitySales Consultant responsible for selling Insperity’s HR solutions. Proactively generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships in a defined territory.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Selling Insperity’s Traditional Employment Workforce Solutions to organizations
- Meets minimum acceptable sales and activity levels
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
- Responsible for sourcing approximately 1/3 of total sales opportunities independently
- Build and maintain a strong personal pipeline to support revenue targets
- Cultivates and closes new customers in a defined territory
- Serves as a key stakeholder in pipeline management and client relations
- Educates prospects on the benefits of the Company’s products
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Five years of B2B selling experience is preferred but not required
- Multi-year track record of successfully closing a high number of new customers, in a lead role, is strongly preferred
