Key responsibilities & impact- Provides expertise in compensation programs

- Keeps up with compensation laws and regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- CCP preferred
- Must be analytical and mathematical
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (spreadsheet, word processing, presentation software)
- Advanced use of statistical software (e.g., SPSS)
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- High attention to detail and customer service
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2-3 years of Compensation experience
