About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for receiving payroll information from assigned clients and/or Payroll Specialists.
- Provides support by inputting new hire, changes, and termination information.
- Resolves high-volume requests by coordinating with internal departments.
- Upholds the integrity of the client and employee database and ensures compliance is met.
- Builds payroll experience with increased complexity of payroll tasks and projects over time.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
- One plus years of relevant work experience is required.
- Basic understanding and entry level payroll knowledge.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to accurately enter data.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and MS Teams.
