Application Engineer

• Installation, Commissioning & Modifications: Take the lead on installing, commissioning, and adapting our sensor-based sorting systems at customer locations across the region.
• Customer Representation & Consulting: Represent Insort at customer sites with professionalism and technical confidence. Build strong, long-term relationships while analyzing customer needs and providing consulting for new applications and tailored solutions.
• System & Model Development: Develop, maintain, and optimize application models and algorithms. Integrate solutions into existing systems and ensure alignment with customer and product requirements.
• Maintenance, Optimization & Upgrades: Perform regular maintenance and implement upgrades to enhance machine and model performance, ensuring optimal and reliable operation.
• Diagnostics, Troubleshooting & Field Support: Conduct in-depth fault analysis and coordinate with internal experts for fast and effective troubleshooting. Support Field Service Engineers both remotely and on-site.
• Training, Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Prepare training content, conduct sessions for customers and service teams, and contribute to internal knowledge management through data analysis and continuous documentation improvements.
