About the role

  • Design, build, and support intelligent automation solutions across advice processes
  • Work with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, define problems, and package them into clear intelligent automation or AI initiatives
  • Develop and enhance intelligent automation using platforms such as Automation Anywhere and Power Automate
  • Contribute to AI use cases as they emerge, including prompt engineering, RAG solutions, AI assisted testing, and AI agents
  • Prototype and test AI ideas to validate feasibility, value, and risk before scale
  • Document solutions and share knowledge to help uplift AI capability and thinking across the business

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or intelligent automation roles
  • Experience working across enterprise automation platforms
  • Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Hands on experience developing AI applications including the use of open and closed source AI model hosting, training, prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation (RAG) and vector database development
  • Strong proficiency in languages such as Java (including Kotlin), JavaScript and Python
  • Expertise in relational databases (MySQL, Postgres), NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) and Vector enabled databases (Elastic Search, VectorPG)
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working in agile, iterative environments
  • Must have active Power Automate RPA Developer Associate (Exam PL-500) and/or Azure AI Engineer Associate certification
