About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support administration of global compensation programs and processes
  • Conduct market pricing and job evaluations using established compensation frameworks
  • Support execution of annual compensation review, bonus planning, and mid-year compensation processes
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure consistent application of compensation guidelines and programs
  • Serve as primary administrator for U.S. and Canada benefits programs
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding benefits plans, programs, and enrollment processes
  • Assist with compliance activities, audits, and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Conduct compensation, benefits, and employee data audits to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, automate repetitive work, and enhance decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Benefits, Compensation, Total Rewards, or a related Human Resources discipline
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting benefits and/or compensation programs in a complex organization
  • Experience working with Workday’s benefits and compensation modules
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn across multiple areas of Total Rewards
