About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage complex customer accounts, queries, and billing adjustments with precision and care.
- Review pending billing reports and validate charges for accuracy prior to processing invoices.
- Verify customer billing rules and revenue recognition schedules against contracts to ensure compliance and correctness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Accounting, Customer Success, and division leaders to generate accurate pro forma and actual invoices from the billing ERP.
- Monitor and manage accounts, orders, accounting, and fulfillment case queues to ensure timely resolution.
- Confirm appropriate customer approvals are in place before processing orders.
- Oversee license key generation and fulfillment delivery to customers.
- Deliver an outstanding service experience to both internal teams and external customers.
- Balance multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Six or more years of experience in Order Management or a related O2C function.
- Experience in the software industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage confidently with internal and external partners.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus.
