Key responsibilities & impact

Own the product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for CEM's financial reporting capabilities
Define feature priorities based on accounting standards evolution
Serve as the internal subject matter authority on how ASC 718 and IFRS 2 requirements translate into CEM platform functionality
Write comprehensive PRDs with detailed functional specifications
Validate financial reporting outputs against expected results
Mentor Product Owners on financial reporting domain concepts
Collaborate with Customer Success on period-end readiness communications

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of progressive experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on financial reporting, accounting, or regulatory compliance features within a SaaS platform
5+ years of direct experience with equity compensation financial reporting
Deep working knowledge of ASC 718 expense recognition, fair value measurement
Proven track record of delivering complex financial reporting features from requirements through launch in an Agile environment
Deep understanding of equity compensation accounting across award types
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field required
CPA, CEP (Certified Equity Professional), or CFA certification is a strong plus
