About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the day-to-day technical leadership of a small application development scrum team
Split time between writing and reviewing code and leading the team
Set daily priorities for the team
Serve as the technical authority for the scrum team
Write, review, and contribute production-quality code across the full stack
Manage four to five engineers, owning 1:1s and performance feedback
Engage with client stakeholders at key points in the delivery lifecycle
Coordinate with QA engineers to ensure test coverage and release readiness

Requirements

What you’ll need

8-10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in enterprise SaaS environments
Deep full-stack expertise in C#, .NET (Framework and/or Core), Angular, and Oracle
Strong proficiency in Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
Experience with CQRS patterns
Demonstrated AI-first engineering mindset
Proven ability to lead a scrum team
Experience with direct people management responsibilities
Strong code review discipline and engineering quality standards
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
