Strategic HR Business Partner

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to ELT and senior leaders
- Proactively identify organizational and talent needs
- Support the onboarding of new executive leaders
- Participate in leadership team meetings
- Partner with executives on organizational design and workforce planning
- Lead succession planning and talent review processes
- Drive performance management practices
- Support leaders through organizational change
- Communicate effectively across all levels
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of progressive HR experience
- 3+ years in a senior HRBP or HR Director role
- Experience partnering directly with C-suite or senior executive leaders
- Background in technology, SaaS, or similarly fast-paced environments preferred
- Experience supporting executive onboarding and integration is a plus
- Bachelor's degree desired; SHRM-SCP / S/PHR certification a plus
