About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed divisional revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to peak performance
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer experience
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
- Drive innovation in sales processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and high-level client meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of lease industry trends, regulations, and financial instruments
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Superior negotiation and relationship-building skills
