About the role
- Analyze client requirements and design scalable EPM solutions for consolidation and planning
- Configure JustPerform models, workflows, and business rules to meet client objectives
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including data integration from ERP systems
- Develop and validate calculation logic for intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and financial adjustments
- Optimize planning models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Collaborate with finance teams, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide best practices
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing
- Perform system testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure accuracy and performance
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English is essential
- Strong knowledge of financial consolidation principles, statutory reporting, and planning cycles
- Hands-on experience with an EPM platform (mandatory)
- Proficiency in data modeling, scripting, and workflow automation within EPM tools
- Understanding of integration with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent finance certification preferred
- Prior experience in consulting or EPM implementation projects is a plus
- Familiarity with IFRS/GAAP and corporate finance processes
