Create and drive the product vision and strategy for data fabric solutions and ERP integrations
Study market trends and segmentation to evolve product offerings and leverage new technologies
Communicate connectivity product vision to stakeholders, outlining user and business benefits
Use data analytics and financial models to prioritize high-ROI work
Document business and product requirements and understand technical specifications
Work with Engineering to ensure standards, naming conventions, design principles, and consistent development methods
Manage product business metrics (bookings, revenue, margin, gross retention) and recommend commercial improvements
Extract commercial value through packaging, pricing, and feature development
Drive customer experience improvements measured by NPS and end-to-end journey enhancements
Provide ongoing market analysis, competitive tracking, and action plans
Identify customer and market requirements through market analysis, win/loss, and VOC interviews
Drive delivery of market/customer requirements, prioritization, trade-offs, and release execution
Design and drive product roadmap and portfolio for short- and long-term growth with internal/external stakeholders
Execute new product launch plans with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement
Act as product evangelist and internal/external market expert
Support ongoing sales and customer education programs to promote value-based selling
Requirements
8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise data integration, ERP systems, or related technologies
Commercial product management expertise with a track record in B2B product management
Experience with data fabric architectures, API management, or middleware solutions
Experience with Salesforce and Aha!
Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security requirements
Understanding of cloud infrastructure and modern data stack components
Prior experience in a SaaS environment with subscription-based business models
Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools
Working knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Strong strategic development mindset and ability to balance strategic and tactical execution
Technical acumen to discuss design tradeoffs (platforms, frameworks, scalability, performance)
Customer focus: experience with VOC, win/loss, NPS and improving customer experience
Product focus: translate market/customer feedback into requirements and drive agile delivery
Cross-functional leadership across Development, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success
Ability to travel up to 20%
Nice-to-have: knowledge of AI/ML in data integration, NLP for data classification, LLMs for entity resolution, automated data quality frameworks, Pragmatic Marketing certification
