About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be the first voice, first message, and first impression for some of APAC's largest organisations
- Manage inbound and outbound opportunities with a goal to schedule meetings for the Account Management team
- Proactively prospect and conduct outbound outreach using sales tools to generate new leads
- Screen and qualify inbound inquiries from potential clients
- Spark engaging conversations with prospects to qualify opportunities
- Analyse prospect’s business challenges and connect them to our solutions
- Book sales meetings and build high-quality sales pipeline
- Attend external events to build meaningful relationships and identify potential opportunities
- Keep our CRM updated to support accurate forecasting and reporting
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams on strategy
- Use data and insight to optimise outreach, shape better strategies, and streamline processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ideally, has experience in a similar role as an SDR/BDR
- Thrives in fast paced, high performing sales environments
- Has excellent phone skills and can drive conversation
- Communicates clearly and confidently
- Confidence in speaking with senior decision‑makers
- Is super organised and knows how to manage their own workflow
- Lives and breathes collaboration, ownership and accountability
