About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and support people-centred change across transformational and operational initiatives.
- Shape and deliver the people change strategy in collaboration with project managers.
- Lead stakeholder engagement across multiple functions and regions.
- Design and deliver change, communication and adoption plans.
- Support leaders and managers in transitioning and sustaining change efforts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience delivering change management in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of how people experience change.
- Confidence coaching and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication and judgement skills.
- Familiarity with recognised change frameworks (e.g. Prosci).
