Account Executive

• Identify potential clients and prospects within the insightful ICP
• Execute an outbound outreach strategy and contribute to its development with your own insights and suggestions
• Closely partner with and align with our Marketing team with our ABM motion on target accounts
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Proactively manage key customers’ business needs while they are in trial/POC period
• Build multi-threaded relationships across HR, Finance, Operations and various other stakeholders within your opportunities and target accounts.
• Manage sales cycles - handling meetings, presentations, business case development, etc
• Make sure the clients are satisfied with the software and explore the potential to provide them with more licenses (growth) within a defined timeframe.

Enterprise Account Executive

Executive Assistant

• Own the CEO’s calendar end-to-end. Schedule, reschedule, and protect time blocks. Manage conflicts and prioritize meeting requests. Ensure prep materials are ready before every meeting.
• Book all travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transport, for NYC–Belgrade trips and other domestic/international travel. Build detailed itineraries.
• Screen and prioritize email, Slack, and other inbound communications. Draft responses where appropriate. Flag urgent items and filter noise.
• Prepare agendas, pre-reads, and briefing docs. Take notes and track action items for key meetings. Follow up on outstanding items.
• Handle expense reports, invoices, subscriptions, and vendor coordination. Manage office logistics in NYC.
• Coordinate dinners, off-sites, board meetings, and investor meetings. Maintain a contact/relationship database for key stakeholders.
• Occasional personal errands that directly impact the CEO's time, like appointments, reservations, etc.

Backend Engineer

• Work as a Backend Developer within a cross-functional team, collaborating closely with other tech & product roles
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code under the guidance of senior team members
• Learn and apply backend development best practices, including testing, code reviews, and documentation
• Assist in improving application performance, stability, and scalability
• Help implement monitoring, metrics, and logging to ensure system reliability
• Contribute to maintaining and refactoring existing services and modules
• Follow security and compliance standards across the backend stack
• Participate in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team
