About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Champion a patient-first mindset supporting safe, effective, and expanded access to MRgFUS
  • Collaborate with physicians, clinical teams, and administrators to support excellent patient outcomes
  • Serve as a clinical expert and trusted advisor on MRgFUS workflows, patient selection based on approved labelling, and best practices
  • Support the development, implementation and sustainability of MRgFUS programs
  • Identify barriers to patient access and educate sites on solutions
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with institutional priorities and clinical goals
  • Lead internal account teams through influence, coordination, and shared accountability
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and account records

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7 years of customer-facing medical device experience (neuro and/or radiology preferred)
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, organization, and accountability
  • Strong commercial instincts
  • Experience building or scaling new programs, service lines or markets
  • Experience with executive-level hospital engagement
