About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Champion a patient-first mindset supporting safe, effective, and expanded access to MRgFUS
- Collaborate with physicians, clinical teams, and administrators to support excellent patient outcomes
- Serve as a clinical expert and trusted advisor on MRgFUS workflows, patient selection based on approved labelling, and best practices
- Support the development, implementation and sustainability of MRgFUS programs
- Identify barriers to patient access and educate sites on solutions
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with institutional priorities and clinical goals
- Lead internal account teams through influence, coordination, and shared accountability
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and account records
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-7 years of customer-facing medical device experience (neuro and/or radiology preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong work ethic, organization, and accountability
- Strong commercial instincts
- Experience building or scaling new programs, service lines or markets
- Experience with executive-level hospital engagement
