About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a strategic clinical partner to neurosurgeons and care teams
Educate clinical teams on Insightec neurosurgical technology
Blend clinical and technical expertise to expand procedural knowledge
Optimize patient workflows and strengthen Insightec’s position in neurosurgical services
Accountable for clinically training new sites and teaching clinical staff
Collaborate with Clinical Account Manager to establish a strong MRgFUS program
Build trusted relationships with neurosurgeons, MRI teams, and service line leaders
Deliver high-impact training and education programs linking clinical excellence to MRgFUS programs
Act as the primary clinical interface supporting commercial strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biomedical engineering, Neuroscience, Medical Physics, or related field
Hands-on experience in MRI, Focused Ultrasound, CT, and/or Operating Room environments
Proven ability to train and influence medical professionals on complex technologies
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect clinical value to utilization
Confident presenter capable of influencing both clinical and administrative stakeholders
Resilient, adaptable, and effective in high-pressure clinical environments
Willingness to travel 70%
