Director of Marketing – Americas

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and lead regional marketing strategies to support product adoption.
- Align regional execution with global marketing strategies.
- Serve as the voice of the customer to influence messaging and educational content.
- Directly manage three Market Development Managers and one Marketing Manager.
- Collaborate with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs teams.
- Own and refine INSIGHTEC’s Four Pillars of Market Development.
- Guide Program Engagement strategy to optimize the patient experience.
- Lead INSIGHTEC’s participation in regional trade shows and events.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and drive measurable outcomes.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on ability to implement effective programs.
- Strong leadership and people development skills.
- Deep understanding of healthcare and hospital operations.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Welkin).
