Clinical Account Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a trusted clinical and strategic resource for Insightec’s hospital and physician customers
- Support the long-term success of MRgFUS programs by fostering strong clinical relationships
- Help sites to optimize operational workflows
- Align with institutional goals
- Champion a patient-first mindset supporting safe, effective, and expanded access to MRgFUS
- Collaborate with physicians, clinical teams, and administrators to support excellent patient outcomes
- Serve as a clinical expert and trusted advisor on MRgFUS workflows
- Support the development, implementation and sustainability of MRgFUS programs
- Identify barriers to patient access and educate sites on solutions
- Assist with growing program awareness
- Develop and execute strategic account plans
- Monitor program implementation and share insights to support development
- Lead internal account teams through influence and coordination
- Communicate proactively and clearly with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor market developments and trends
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-7 years of customer-facing medical device experience (neuro and/or radiology preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong work ethic, organization, and accountability
- Strong commercial instincts
- Experience building or scaling new programs, service lines or markets
- Experience with executive-level hospital engagement
