Develop, implement and monitor pricing strategies for pharmaceutical products across digital channels (marketplaces, e-commerce and B2B partners).
Conduct competitiveness analyses, price elasticity studies and market behavior assessments to identify opportunities for margin optimization.
Work closely with Finance and Supply Chain to ensure alignment between profitability, product positioning and availability.
Manage margin indicators, category P&L and profitability by channel.
Use analytics tools and databases (SQL, Power BI, Python or similar) to build reports and performance dashboards.
Support the development of predictive models and dynamic pricing algorithms, leveraging machine learning techniques and LLMs for automation and insights.
Contribute to the evolution of Revenue Management processes, including customer segmentation, commercial policies and assortment strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Finance or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in pricing, finance or revenue management — preferably in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods sectors.
Strong knowledge of margin management, financial analysis and P&L.
Hands-on experience with data and analytics (advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, Looker or equivalent tools).
Analytical mindset, business acumen and results-oriented profile.
Experience with digital channels (marketplaces and e-commerce).
Familiarity with dynamic pricing models and machine learning.
Experience with AI applied to pricing (e.g., LLMs, decision automation).
Intermediate to advanced English.
