About the role

Develop new full-stack features with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
Work with a multidisciplinary team (PMs, UX/UI, Developers, and Data) to deliver real solutions.
Participate in technical decisions, contributing to the evolution of the platform architecture.
Collaborate on code reviews and automated tests.
Use LLM/AI APIs for automation and productivity enhancement whenever possible.

Strong experience with NestJS (Node.js) and React
Proficiency in PostgreSQL
Experience working in AWS environments
Previous experience with design systems (we use Chakra UI 3.1)
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Mixpanel and Metabase (or similar)
Experience with REST APIs and version control best practices (Git)
Good communication, proactivity, and the ability to adapt in fast-paced contexts
Experience with LLM-based products (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, etc.)
Previous experience in startups or projects with rapid delivery and high autonomy
Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and access control in scalable environments
Knowledge of vibecoding, AI-driven productivity, and low-code/no-code tools
Interest or experience with education or healthcare products
