About the role

  • Take ownership of marketing strategy to scale paid and organic channels and strengthen global brand presence.
  • Manage a team of at least 3 full-time members.
  • Performance marketing: manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Brand growth: develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness, community engagement, and brand search volume.
  • Data-driven optimization: track, analyze, and report on performance using GA4, Shopify analytics, and attribution platforms.
  • Creative strategy: collaborate with content team to develop hooks, creatives, and messaging for the vanlife community.
  • Customer journey: drive improvements across funnels from awareness to retention to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Budget ownership: plan and allocate marketing budgets to maximize efficiency and meet performance targets.
  • Team collaboration: work with operations, product development, and leadership to align marketing with launches, inventory, and business priorities.
  • Measured on Revenue Growth, Blended ROAS, MER, and Brand Search Volume.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a marketing manager with a focus on e-commerce DTC.
  • Experience in Shopify
  • Experience in managing a team of minimum 3 people
  • Experience working with US market
  • Proven track record scaling paid media while building brand equity in Google and Meta.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing marketing KPIs.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Passion for adventure and the outdoors is a big bonus.
