About the role
- Take ownership of marketing strategy to scale paid and organic channels and strengthen global brand presence.
- Manage a team of at least 3 full-time members.
- Performance marketing: manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms to maximize ROI.
- Brand growth: develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness, community engagement, and brand search volume.
- Data-driven optimization: track, analyze, and report on performance using GA4, Shopify analytics, and attribution platforms.
- Creative strategy: collaborate with content team to develop hooks, creatives, and messaging for the vanlife community.
- Customer journey: drive improvements across funnels from awareness to retention to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Budget ownership: plan and allocate marketing budgets to maximize efficiency and meet performance targets.
- Team collaboration: work with operations, product development, and leadership to align marketing with launches, inventory, and business priorities.
- Measured on Revenue Growth, Blended ROAS, MER, and Brand Search Volume.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a marketing manager with a focus on e-commerce DTC.
- Experience in Shopify
- Experience in managing a team of minimum 3 people
- Experience working with US market
- Proven track record scaling paid media while building brand equity in Google and Meta.
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing marketing KPIs.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Passion for adventure and the outdoors is a big bonus.
