About the role
- Our client operates in the online purchase stage known as the "checkout" — the moment when the customer completes a purchase by entering their registration and payment information.
- Integrated with merchants' services, our client provides a system that automatically fills in the buyer's information at checkout.
- To enable this, the startup's platform uses single registrations across multiple stores: after a customer makes a first purchase at one store, their information is stored for use at other stores registered on the client's platform.
- The company's business model is transaction-based (charges per transaction).
Requirements
- Experience as a Frontend and Backend Developer with React and Node.js (5+ years);
- Experience with the VTEX platform
- Experience with React
- Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
- Experience with software architecture
- Experience defining technologies and architectures (technical decision-making)
- Knowledge of AWS, Heroku, and MongoDB
