About the role
- Serve as the technical reference for Java back-end, leading architecture decisions and promoting best practices;
- Code alongside the team, unblocking and mentoring other developers;
- Actively participate in the technical definition of solutions with the product and architecture teams;
- Ensure code quality, automated testing, PR reviews, and deliveries aligned with project objectives;
- Support team structuring, technical onboarding, and engineering culture;
- Act as a bridge between tech and areas such as security, product, and business.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or technical reference in Java back-end squads;
- Strong command of Java (preferably 11+), Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs;
- Real-world experience in regulatory or financial projects, such as PIX, Open Finance, Open Banking, SPB, etc.;
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB);
- Knowledge of automated testing (unit, integration, etc.);
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, etc.);
- Product-oriented mindset, focused on delivery and cross-functional collaboration;
- Clear communication, proactivity, and an ownership mindset.
