About the role
- Produce internal communications with clear, light, and visually appealing language (videos, cards, emails, Slack posts, etc.);
- Support the creation of internal campaigns (holiday dates, quarterly results, institutional communications);
- Create and edit short videos for internal announcements, events, culture campaigns, and results;
- Monitor communication performance (engagement, feedback, and reach);
- Ensure alignment with Mevo's visual identity and culture;
- Collaborate with the People, Facilities, and business teams to strengthen engagement and organizational climate.
Requirements
- Excellent writing and summarization skills;
- Organizational skills to manage multiple topics and simultaneous requests;
- Proficiency with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, etc.);
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools;
- Advanced PowerPoint skills (design, storytelling, and structuring presentations);
- Degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields;
- Previous experience in internal or institutional communication or content production;
- Experience with internal communication in startups or fast-paced companies;
- Familiarity with internal communication tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Deskbee, etc.);
- Ownership mindset and autonomy;
- Good listening skills and ability to build relationships with different areas;
- Creativity and proactivity to propose new ways of communicating;
- Attention to detail and responsibility with deadlines.
