About the role
- Strengthen branding and generate qualified demand for the sales team.
- Plan, execute and optimize the brand's communication and lead generation activities.
- Produce and coordinate strategic content for the blog, social media, emails, e-books and lead-generation funnels.
- Ensure consistency and quality in communications and content deliverables.
- Coordinate freelancers and in-house professionals (design, paid media and copywriting).
- Manage the quarterly marketing calendar and propose new initiatives.
- Develop strategies to strengthen brand positioning and support the generation of qualified leads for the sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Hospitality/Tourism.
- Experience in digital marketing, preferably B2B.
- Proficiency in copywriting, social media and lead generation.
- Basic knowledge of paid traffic, CRM and marketing automation.
- Experience managing freelancers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Good understanding of branding, storytelling and performance.
