About the role
- Prospect and qualify new potential clients, especially via WhatsApp, identifying their needs and proposing personalized solutions
- Maintain a close, trust-based relationship with clients, aiming to retain them and expand the portfolio of contracted services
- Prepare commercial proposals and contracts, and negotiate terms and conditions to meet established sales targets
- Monitor sales performance using tracking tools and spreadsheets
Requirements
- Previous sales experience, preferably in call centers or in the legal services sector
- Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, especially via WhatsApp
- Ability to work in a team, results-oriented and proactive
