About the role
- Provide service and support to internal and external clients;
- Issue remittance reports (borderôs) and bank statements;
- Reconcile bank returns, bank statements and various receipts;
- Reconcile commercial charges by accessing client portals;
- Update and maintain customer records and registration information;
- Manage cash flow for the accounts receivable portfolio;
- Monitor and record invoices and payments from suppliers and service providers;
- Prepare and analyze aging reports and sales-related reports;
- Monitor the collections workflow/collection strategy;
- Oversee the collections portfolio: online credit bureau listings and delistings;
- Monitor and control third-party collection agencies (sending remittance reports, managing agreements, reporting);
- Negotiate and recover outstanding balances with delinquent customers;
- Align with the commercial/sales team regarding the customer collections portfolio;
Requirements
- Experience in collections, accounts receivable, preparing reports/aging reports, bank reconciliations and financial routines;
- Knowledge of bank procedures, protests, reporting to credit bureaus (negative listings) and removal (positive listings) of delinquent accounts;
- Basic credit analysis skills;
- Intermediate Excel;
- Intermediate/advanced English is a plus.
