About the role
- Serve as the main point of contact between partner companies and the internal team.
- Plan and execute point-of-sale (POS) activations to ensure brand visibility and strengthening.
- Monitor performance indicators, analyzing metrics, results, and opportunities to optimize activations and partnerships.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Planning team, providing insights and reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Work in a consultative manner, understanding each partner’s needs and proposing customized solutions that generate value for both parties.
Requirements
- Previous experience in corporate account management (Farmer) and B2B commercial partnerships.
- Experience planning and executing POS activations.
- Analytical profile with the ability to interpret performance data and commercial metrics.
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and strategic business vision.
- Experience in the retail, consumer goods, or services sectors.
- Previous experience at companies operating with B2B partnership models.
