About the role
- Implement and operationalize the company’s financial structure with a focus on practical actions and measurable results
- Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs through BI dashboards
- Structure projected cash flow and manage finances on a per-project basis
- Identify and implement market financial solutions aligned with cash availability (lines of credit, receivables financing/advances, investments)
- Act as a bridge between the finance function and the company partners, ensuring transparency and agile decision-making
Requirements
- Proven experience in operational finance roles within IT/technology companies
- Experience implementing BI systems, establishing KPIs, and structuring cash flow
- Knowledge of managing multiple legal entities (multiple CNPJs), including Real Profit (Lucro Real) and Presumed Profit (Lucro Presumido) tax regimes
- Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics
- Postgraduate degree/MBA in Controllership or Finance
- Certification in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
