• Implement and operationalize the company’s financial structure with a focus on practical actions and measurable results
• Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs through BI dashboards
• Structure projected cash flow and manage finances on a per-project basis
• Identify and implement market financial solutions aligned with cash availability (lines of credit, receivables financing/advances, investments)
• Act as a bridge between the finance function and the company partners, ensuring transparency and agile decision-making

• Lead negotiation and relationship processes with funders and partners, ensuring clarity of expectations and alignment of purpose.
