Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: SAP GTS implementation
- Trade compliance
- Export controls
- Global ERP deployment
- Strong experience with SAP ERP and SAP GTS deployment programs
- Knowledge of export regulations and sanctions frameworks
- Experience in business process design or optimization
- Proven project management and cross-functional coordination
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in global and highly matrixed organizations
- Preferred Background
- Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experience
- Experience with governance forums or steering committees
- Experience deploying global process templates
