About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in managing onboarding projects, contributing to successful outcomes and accelerating Time to Value for clients.
Participate in developing materials and processes that enhance the customer experience during onboarding.
Document client interactions and support the transition to the Customer Success Team after the onboarding phase.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
Ability to effectively manage time and tasks.
Interest in technology, particularly SaaS platforms and system integration.
Willingness to learn about project management and client interaction.
Hands-on attitude, ownership mindset, and a collaborative approach to work.
