About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Expanding candidate pipelines for all roles across three countries
Coordinating the recruitment process for all positions while optimizing quality of hires, time-to-hire, and cost-per-hire
Maintaining candidate databases using an applicant tracking system
Engaging with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
Crafting and sending compelling recruiting emails to attract top candidates
Collaborating with hiring managers to define position requirements
Identifying qualified candidate profiles using a variety of sourcing techniques
Creating policies to support company business objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Advanced level of English
Recent graduate or internship experience in a related field
Confident, self-motivated, with a flexible and proactive approach
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including basic presentation skills
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, multitasked environment
Proficiency in MS Office
Proven ability to perform in a results-oriented, team environment
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
