About the role

  • You will support daily financial operations by assisting with billing processes, invoice issuance, and basic account reconciliations, helping ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • You will help track payments, organize financial data, and support the team in maintaining updated records across systems and spreadsheets.
  • You will support Revenue & Collections activities by helping monitor accounts receivable, following up on pending payments, and assisting in communication with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • You will help organize financial reports and support data analysis activities, contributing to visibility on revenue, cash flow, and key financial metrics.
  • You will also assist in improving processes by documenting routines and supporting consistency across LATAM operations.
  • You will support cross-functional alignment by working with Account Directors and Executives to ensure billing accuracy and proper financial communication with clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken). Spanish is a plus.
  • You are currently enrolled as a student (undergraduate program) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
  • Interest in B2B SaaS, community building, and finance area.
  • Strong written communication and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
  • Good organizational skills and familiarity with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, spreadsheets, docs, project trackers).
  • Analytical mindset and willingness to learn how to track performance and customer engagement signals.
  • Hands-on attitude, ownership, hardwork, and a collaborative approach to work.
