About the role
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Promote and sell digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, etc.) and/or HubSpot CRM solutions
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and inbound leads
- Conduct needs analysis and tailor customized proposals and presentations
- Manage pipeline using CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Proven experience working with HubSpot CRM and Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS)
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing or SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (sales or implementation) is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and services
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, comfortable working independently or in a team
- HubSpot Sales or Marketing certification (preferred)
- Prior agency experience (a plus)
- Fully remote organisation (Employees can work remotely)
