About the role
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Promote and sell digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, etc.) and/or HubSpot CRM solutions.
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and inbound leads.
- Conduct needs analysis and tailor customized proposals and presentations.
- Manage pipeline using CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with HubSpot CRM and Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS).
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing or SaaS.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (sales or implementation) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and services.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a team.
