About the role
- Conduct proactive cold calling to prospect new accounts within schools and athletic/extracurricular programs
- Set qualified appointments for the owners to secure new business
- Qualify leads to ensure scheduled appointments are high-quality and productive
- Handle objections and convert prospects using sales experience
- Use GoHighLevel (GHL) to support outreach and lead management
- Follow up with customers who have placed deposits but not finalized purchases to close sales
- Consistently fill the owners’ calendar with qualified leads
- Assist with social media management and digital marketing initiatives as the role expands
- Support sales funnels and related marketing activities
- Perform back-office administrative tasks to free up owners for high-value work
Requirements
- Fluent English and Spanish for U.S.-based client interactions
- Proven experience in sales, cold calling, appointment setting, and lead qualification
- Ability to hold natural, engaging conversations without relying on scripts
- Familiarity with U.S. market culture and client expectations
- Strong internet connection (fiber preferred) and backup power supply
- Willingness to stay long-term and grow with the company
- Part-time availability (20 hours per week) and ability to work 9am-1pm or 2pm-6pm EST
- Experience or education in digital marketing is highly desirable
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a plus
