About the role

  • Conduct proactive cold calling to prospect new accounts within schools and athletic/extracurricular programs
  • Set qualified appointments for the owners to secure new business
  • Qualify leads to ensure scheduled appointments are high-quality and productive
  • Handle objections and convert prospects using sales experience
  • Use GoHighLevel (GHL) to support outreach and lead management
  • Follow up with customers who have placed deposits but not finalized purchases to close sales
  • Consistently fill the owners’ calendar with qualified leads
  • Assist with social media management and digital marketing initiatives as the role expands
  • Support sales funnels and related marketing activities
  • Perform back-office administrative tasks to free up owners for high-value work

Requirements

  • Fluent English and Spanish for U.S.-based client interactions
  • Proven experience in sales, cold calling, appointment setting, and lead qualification
  • Ability to hold natural, engaging conversations without relying on scripts
  • Familiarity with U.S. market culture and client expectations
  • Strong internet connection (fiber preferred) and backup power supply
  • Willingness to stay long-term and grow with the company
  • Part-time availability (20 hours per week) and ability to work 9am-1pm or 2pm-6pm EST
  • Experience or education in digital marketing is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a plus
  • Professionalism, resilience, and client-facing skills
