About the role
- Support an e-commerce business and a construction business as a Virtual Assistant
- Manage and execute marketing tasks, including SEO optimization and Facebook Ads
- AI Avatars & Video Generation, Woo Commerce, Maintaining and Optimization
- Conduct influencer outreach and manage relationships on platforms like Instagram
- Research and apply the latest AI tools and trends to enhance marketing efforts
- Perform general administrative duties for construction business
- Conduct outreach to architects via email to solicit project bids
Requirements
- C1 ENGLISH LEVEL is required, THE SELECTED CANDIDATE WILL BE SPEAKING STRICTLY IN ENGLISH DURING THEIR WHOLE SHIFT
- Submit your resume and audio recording in English
- Proven experience in marketing, particularly within the e-commerce sector
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and influencer outreach
- Familiarity with the latest AI tools and their application in marketing (mandatory)
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks for two distinct businesses
- A proactive mindset and a proven ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills in English with minimal to no accent
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection (fiber optic preferred) and a backup power supply
