About the role

  • The primary focus is appointment setting with qualified leads, but the role includes broader business development tasks:
  • Build and maintain targeted lead lists independently, identifying relevant verticals and "big fish" enterprise clients.
  • Conduct high-volume cold calling with native fluent accent and strong cultural alignment.
  • Execute online outreach (e.g., LinkedIn Messaging, Emailing) with excellent copywriting skills.
  • Qualify leads to ensure only high-potential prospects are booked on the internal team’s calendar.
  • Book appointments calendars and manage the scheduling process using our GoHighLevel CRM.
  • Work closely with the internal team, providing insights on lead development and receiving guidance on outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven background in sales and appointment setting; experience as an SDR or BDR is highly desirable as well as Linkedin Sales Navigator.
  • Must be tech-savvy with a strong understanding of the technology sector, ideally with experience working with relevant verticals (e.g., Law firm, Health insurance, Accounting firms).
  • Fluent, clear, and unaccented English is a strict requirement for effective communication with US-based prospects.
  • A critical thinker and "go-getter" who can take initiative, build lead lists, and does not require constant micro-management or training "from the ground up."
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable utilizing and potentially mastering new AI and sales tools.
  • Highly motivated, willing to grow, and committed to putting in the necessary work to secure closed deals.
