About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive sales of IHE’s new site-wide subscription service to universities across North America
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate key markets
  • Generate new business opportunities by leveraging market research and networking
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with new and existing university clients
  • Collaborate with marketing and editorial teams to deliver content-led panel discussions
  • Accurately record all sales activity in Salesforce to support revenue tracking

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Highly driven and self-motivated with a passion to learn and develop within the role
  • 1 - 2 years experience engaging and selling to centrally managed university departments, such as libraries, academic affairs, and institutional services
  • Degree level qualification or equivalent
  • Experience working within a content-led media/ news business
  • Able to demonstrate a creative and original talent
  • Comfortable and confident in delivering presentations to clients
