About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and test new platform features, including custom UI kits, Facebook bots, and integrations with Instagram, TikTok, and analytics services
Refactor the platform and reduce technical debt to improve flexibility and scalability
Write technical specifications and documentation
Participate in platform development and support
Contribute hypotheses and influence product and company/business development
Participate in Agile team activities, including stand-ups, demos, and technical retrospectives
Collaborate with development, QA, product managers, UX/UI designers, Product Lead, and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency in English at C1/C2 level
At least 3 years of experience as a Frontend Developer
At least 3 years of JavaScript development experience in SPA or SSG environments
Profound knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with React, Relay/Apollo, TypeScript, and Webpack
Experience with React Native for mobile app development
Excellent layout skills accounting for cross-browser and mobile devices
Experience with preprocessors
Code debugging skills for own and others’ code
Experience with unit and integration testing
Experience making architectural decisions
Disciplined code writing according to team standards
Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude while maintaining strong engineering judgment
Teamwork, conflict-free collaboration, and desire for constant self-development
Availability every working day from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. EST to connect with the Americas team
Must be based within CET +/- 2 hours / EMEA time zone
Must use a payment-provider-supported location; specified excluded locations are not supported
