About the role
- Transform raw creative ideas into visually compelling assets, including ad creatives, sales decks, social media graphics, and more
- Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to contribute to brand development across multiple channels
- Presentations & Sales Decks: Enhance and refine briefs into Insense-branded presentations, creating infographics and storytelling visuals
- Blog & Infographic Design: Convert rough infographic concepts into polished, on-brand visuals for blog articles (~30/month)
- Social Media Visuals: Develop LinkedIn carousels, Twitter images, and other social media content (~15/month)
- eBooks, Guides & Cheatsheets: Create and layout eBooks, guides, cheatsheets (~5–8/month)
- Website Design Elements: Design banners, pop-ups, and website graphics (~5–10/month)
- Email Templates & Campaigns: Design and optimize HubSpot email templates
- Ad Creative Development: Ideate and design performance-driven ads for digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Requirements
- At least 4 years of design experience with B2B, SaaS, or Marketplace Brands
- Proven ability to design materials (ads, presentations, etc.) for corporate or enterprise audiences
- Proficiency in Design Tools: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop (or similar)
- Performance-Driven Design: Skilled in creating visually appealing materials that drive conversions and achieve campaign goals
- Strong Design Principles: Expertise in typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Infographic & Data Visualization Skills: Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visuals
- Speed & Reliability: Delivers high-quality designs quickly and consistently meets deadlines
- Team Collaboration: Works effectively with cross-functional teams and incorporates feedback seamlessly
